Yes, Keep Moviing has lauched a new category called the "Driver-Helper" category, where the Driver-partner will help in loading and unloading facility. Our Driver-Partner will assist you in loading and unloading goods from the ground to the ground floor.
The charges for hiring a Keep Moviing truck is based on the number of kilometres travelled, type of vehicle and differs from locality to locality. You can also check the estimate tab on the Keep Moviing page to get an exact idea of your trip amount.

Keep Moviing is a registered Goods Transport Agency. After the completion of trip, the invoice will be shared over the registered email-id of the customer..
GST is to be paid by the customer availing the services.
The customer is required to pay GST at 5% of invoice/consignment value. Please verify this with your Tax team / consultant, as well.
Yes, Input Tax Credit is available for GST paid under the Reverse Charge Mechanism. This is also dependent upon the taxability of the Assessee’s output.
The customer should always give the invoice / bill of supply / delivery challan / bill of entry or any other documents as required under GST law and rules. It is the responsibility of the customer to hand over these documents to the driver partners of Keep Moviing to ensure a smooth experience.
It is the responsibility of the customer to give the requisite documents to driver partners of Keep Moviing. If the customer fails to submit the requisite documents, the customer will have to bear the monetary and non-monetary losses, penalties and any inconvenience arising out of the same.

The trip fare is calculated after a trip is ended. There are multiple ways to pay the fare:

Keep Moviing Wallet:
You can deposit money in advance in Keep Moviing Wallet and the fare would be automatically deducted from the available balance. If sufficient balance is not available, the remaining amount has to be paid in cash.

Online :
You can pay the trip fare through Payment gateway which offer maximum number of online payment options.

Cash:
The trip fare can also be paid in cash directly to our partner at the drop location. The payment mode can be selected at the time of order placement. Note: We do not offer any credit facility.

We do not provide advance booking feature. Use our app to book a vehicle at the time of requirement.
Yes, we do serve you 24x7. Please note that the order confirmation is subject to vehicle availability.

Toll Charges:
These are excluded from your trip fare So you have to pay for these changes at the time of crossing the toll or pay additional money to the partner. Please note that if a toll falls in your one way trip, then you may be charged a return toll as the partner has to pay the same once he is returning from your drop location.

Pariking Charges :
You have to pay the parking charges.

If you cancel, after a partner is assigned for your trip, then you may be charged a cancellation fee of Rs. 100/-. Conditions for these cancellation charges may vary from time to time
All our partners go through a background verification process. Also, you can your our tracking system to track your goods live while they are being transported.
We would like to assure you of the accuracy of our ETA & the estimated travel time. However, given the unpredictable nature of traffic & road conditions, we do not provide any service guarantee.
The vehicle can be tracked by clicking on the live order in your customer app. Also, we send you an SMS once a partner is allocated on your order.

The trip fare can change due to the below mentioned reasons:

1. If the Pick up and drop location changes a lot from the originally mentioned ones
2. If the Loading and unloading time exceeds allocated free mins as per the vehicle type.
3. If there are multiple stops in the trip
4. If you are particular about the route that needs to be taken by the driver and if that route is different from our recommendation to the driver
5. Other unforeseen issues

You can choose a mini truck as per the type and weight of the goods you wish to transport. Depending on the type of goods, you can decide whether you want to go for an open body or a closed body mini truck and the weight of goods will help you decide which mini truck would be best suitable for the movement job. Following are the mini trucks available in the market for shifting goods.
No the goods are not insured. Our rates do not include any charges towards insurance. But the customer should take insurance for goods being shipped.
If the customer has taken an insurance for his shipment, the customer has to inform us that he / she wishes to lodge an insurance claim and the next steps as advised by his Insurer. If required we can help in the survey process initiated by the Insurer of the customer. We can provide a Certificate of Facts, which is an important document for claiming the insurance.

KEEP MOVIING does not take any liability for the goods being shipped unless it is established with a conclusive evidence, that the damage or theft was due to reckless driving. Only in such cases, after the evidence is shared with us, as per law, the transKeep Moviing's liability is restricted to the lower of:

(i) value of goods damaged; OR
(ii) ten times the freight amount paid or payable, unless a higher risk rate has been charged and agreed to be paid by the Customer. We do not charge a risk rate and our billable rates are purely a factor of utilization of the vehicle (distance + time) without factoring any of the insurable risks or the value of goods being transported. We accept the goods for shipments on said to contain basis. We would recommend to exercise extreme caution in case of transporting extremely fragile / flammable goods or goods which are prone to damage while transporting.
